Mobile: open the pause menu and touch the top left and top right corners of the screen with two fingers. Hidden console buttons appear.
Developer menu: turn on the Developer option in the pause menu. On Xbox use LB + RB, on PlayStation L1 + R1.

How Subnautica console commands work

Building, farming and speed

Removed and non-working commands

Why Subnautica console commands are not working

The console will not open: hold Shift and press Enter at the same time while you are in the game, not on the main menu.
Item not found: write the name as one word and check the spelling.
Invisible stops working: it resets every time you load a save, so type it again each session.
You turned something on by accident: toggle commands like oxygen, nocost and nodamage turn off when you type them again.
You are playing Below Zero: it has its own list and some commands do not work there.
