People search for Icarus console commands expecting item spawns, teleports or god mode. The game does not offer these. What exists is a small set of server admin commands typed into the chat window.

Icarus console commands on PC: is there a console?
No. Icarus does not ship an in-game developer console on PC. The tilde, backtick and F1 keys do nothing, on solo prospects or on servers.
Anything you see online that looks like a console cheat list (spawn items, teleport, god mode) is not part of the official game. Treat those lists as unverified.
Set the admin password on a dedicated server
Hosts word this differently. Some show an Admin Password field in the panel, others have you edit ServerSettings.ini. One guide says the password is stored in icarus.properties, so check that file if the field seems ignored.
- Windows dedicated server path reported: Icarus\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\ServerSettings.ini inside the server install folder.
- The file is only created after the first prospect or lobby starts.
- Setting names reported: AdminPassword, JoinPassword, ShutdownIfEmptyFor.
Cheating or editing items without a console
One guide says the only way to change items, levels or quest completions is editing your profile.json file. It sits under your local app data folder, in Icarus, Saved, PlayerData and then your character folder. Make a backup before editing, since a bad edit can break your character.
Item spawning, teleporting, weather and time control are not available through official commands.
Why Icarus console commands are not working
- Console key does nothing: Icarus has no console. Use the chat box and admin commands instead.
- /AdminLogin fails: confirm the password was saved and the server was restarted, and check icarus.properties or ServerSettings.ini for the value.
- Commands stop working after rejoining: log in again with /AdminLogin, admin does not persist.
- ServerSettings.ini is missing: start a prospect or lobby once so the file is generated.
- RCON does not connect: Icarus has no RCON support.
